I’ve been practicing law since 2002. While working as an adjuster for a large insurance company, I saw how clients were being taken advantage of and vowed that I would work to make things right. Now representing injured clients is my passion. I value getting to know my clients on a personal level, looking out for their interest as I walk them through the injury claim process. I have represented clients at every level of Virginia Courts and have the experience to address any need.
I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and my Juris Doctorate at Regent. My wife Alisa and I have been married for 19 years and have two children. I’ve called the Hampton Roads area home for over 20 years, and plan to do so forever.
A graduate of Virginia Tech and Regent University School of Law, Alisa began her legal career serving as a Chesapeake Assistant City Attorney. After taking time to raise two children, Alisa now dedicates her legal expertise to the clients of Miller Injury Group to help ensure that they gain as much from their claims as possible.
Alisa keeps all of our client’s matters moving forward as smoothly as possible. She ensures we have all the information and records required to address damages once recovery needs have been met. This creates a seamless process toward resolution, giving me and my staff more time to focus our attention where it belongs—on the clients.
Alisa shares the firm’s vision to provide a one-of-a-kind, personalized experience to each and every client. We often take our work home and spend time discussing clients and how to best help them. She is a wonderful addition to the firm and a critical part of our mission to provide compassionate representation.
Pam has been an injury practice paralegal for over 20 years, with experience in practically every aspect of injury claim management. Pam’s deep empathy for each and every Miller Injury Group client is what makes what we do possible. She greets each client with a kind ear of understanding and a desire to go above and beyond to help them.
Pam has formed meaningful bonds with many clients over the years, and her dedication is immeasurable. She has been married to her husband Sam since the day they graduated high school and they enjoy their house being filled with their children and grandchildren.
